You can surf the categories menu in the catalogue of the products, see the special offers and/or see the new products to find the product you are looking for. Click on the button “Add to the shopping cart” in order to add it to your shopping cart. If you wish to buy more products, you can keep searching and adding them to the shopping cart.
In order to finish the purchase process, go to the shopping cart (“See my shopping cart“) and click on “Process my order“. You will be asked for your details and the details of the addressee of the shipment, the payment method and the shipping cost will be indicated. The shipping cost is free for orders with destitation to Spain. Except for orders shipped to Canarias Islands or Baleares Islands in Spain, In this case the shipped costs will be 35,00 € per package.
For orders shipped outside of Spain, will receive a notification via email indicating the amount of transport costs depending on the destination and number of packages.
» ¿How can I check my orders status? You can check the state and track your order, as well as many other options, in the following way:
- Clicking on “orders” you will access to the details of your order. In order to access you will have to enter the reference number (The number showed when you processed your order It was also sent automatically to your e-mail when you processed your order). And the e-mail address associated to your order.
» ¿How can I cancel my order? Follow the same steps mentioned above in order to Access to your order. Click on “cancel my order” in the menu. It’s only possible to cancel this way the unpaid orders. If you have already paid for your order, please contact AlfombrasdePieldeVaca.com.
» ¿Is it possible to return the purchased items? We accept returns the 7 following days after receiving the delivery, and always if they are faulty goods. In these cases AlfombrasdePieldeVaca.com will replace the product without any additional cost for the customer.
